In 1988, He got bachelor's degree in Dalian Science&Technology University.
In 1988-1993, He had been working as an assistant engineer for No.247 Factory.
In 1994,he started his lawyer career in Taiyuan.Being a lawyer of Taiyuan No.5 Law Office.
In 1997-1999, He had been Full time further studying law & English in Renmin University of China and Beijing University.
In 2003,He started his own partner-ship law Firm/JustLaw Firm.
In 2005, He was selected as one of
the “100 Best Lawyers in
Beijing”.
In 2005, He was appointed as a member of Law Committee of China DemocraticLeague Center.
